TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Retreat Donation:

The costs for this retreat vary according to room size.

$1500.00, for double occupancy,
$1600 single occupancy,
$1650 double or single occupancy with one king size bed (all rooms are based on availability).

This does not include international airfare, ground transportation fee, and any extra services, such as massage or herbal alchemy. Early Bird price if deposit is paid by August 15th, 2024, is $1250.00- double occupancy and $1350-single occupancy, $1450 - single king.

Space is very limited on this journey so a non -refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your spot.

All prices are in US dollars.

 

This package price includes:

• Four days at the retreat center
• Freshly made meals, snacks and beverage service
• Use of Hot Springs and Pool
  Spiritual Teachings
• Sacred initiations and ceremonies, and a vortex of transformation.
• Tips for drivers and hotel staff

 

Not included (bring extra cash for your needs):

• Round trip airfare between your point of departure and San Miguel;
• Airport taxis for those arriving or departing at different times than the majority of the group;
• Visa and passport fees;
• Any meals not in the itinerary;
• Items of a personal nature, such as laundry, gifts and souvenirs;
• Trip cancellation and medical insurance is not included, but highly recommended.

 

Payments:

A deposit of $500.00 is required with your registration and will save your space.

A payment is required by August 30th

Any remaining balance due is required by September 15th

Late Payments: If the final payment is one week late without prior arrangements, a late fee of $100.00 may be assessed. We reserve the right to drop anyone without a refund who does not complete the final payment one week after the due date.

Deposit Policy: The deposit is fully refunded only if we cancel the trip for any reason. Otherwise, it is non-refundable except on an exceptional, case-by case basis. Please see below for our full cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Participant Cancellation: All participant cancellations must be made in writing 30 days in advance of the retreat start date and are effective based on the date received. Special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparing for the trip, such as non-refundable advance purchase airline tickets, visa and passport fees, trip insurance, equipment, medical costs, etc.

Refunds will be granted based on the following schedule:

45 days prior to departure: 50% refund (or credit) of payments made minus the original $500 non-refundable deposit and any additional expenses pre-paid to Travel Suppliers. (As payments are made according to the schedule, the money is sent on to secure lodging and services for your journey).
45 days or less: 0% refund of payments received.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.

A Soulfull World Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel this trip for any reason such as inadequate sign-ups that make the trip economically infeasible to operate. While we make every effort to avoid canceling trips, if we determine that trip cancellation is necessary, we will refund your full payment. The refund of payments received shall release A Soulfull World, the event producers and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability.

Other Cancellations: In circumstances where trip cancellation results from the inability of the trip to depart as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, God, nature, or for any reason beyond control, A Soulfull World is not liable for restitution.

We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Choose your own reputable agent.

Responsibility: (The following responsibility terms will be sent to you for electronic signature after your deposit payment is made)

A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, and any associates, employees, event leaders, or independent contractors act only as agents for the Travel Suppliers. Hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, and sightseeing companies are called Travel Suppliers. They are independent agents who supply the accommodations, transportation, and other services used throughout the trip. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, tickets, etc. that are issued for this trip are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Suppliers. Acceptance of the terms of this travel program membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, tickets, etc. acknowledges that the traveling participant is subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any such Travel Suppliers, their owners or contractors or any persons in their employ may have established.

By utilizing the service of the Suppliers, you agree that neither A Soulfull World, Dr.Ahriana Platten, nor any of their agents or employees shall be liable for any of the following: delay or change in flight or itinerary schedule; strikes; loss; damage or injury to your property or person; damage or injury to those traveling with you; death; wrongful or intentional acts; acts of God; terrorist acts; governmental or political actions; civil unrest or hostilities; fires; thefts; pilferage; epidemics; quarantine; medical or customs regulations; accidents notwithstanding any travel advisories or warnings; for defects of equipment of any Travel Supplier; for any expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals of any conveyances of such Travel Suppliers; for any expense or inconvenience caused by any changes of schedules; conveyances or accommodations determined by the Tour Operator; for any cancellation or disruption of any such services provided by any such Travel Suppliers; for any failure on the part of any such Tour Operator or Travel Supplier to perform by reason of financial difficulty or default, suspension of operation, or other reason; for any refunds or moneys owed to Tour Operator or Travel Supplier in the event of a cancellation.

Neither A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, nor any of their associates, agents, or employees shall be financially responsible to any tour participants in the event of cancellation of all or part of any tour due to acts of war, nature, governmental action; civil unrest or hostilities, or acts of terrorism, or for the default of any Tour Operator or Travel Supplier, or for any reason beyond control of A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten

Travel Supplier(s)/Tour Operator(s) provide the travel services identified with this travel program, and the travel program member agrees to look solely to such Travel Supplier(s)/Tour Operator(s) for the provision to such travel services; the Tour Operator or Tour Director/Manager/Escort shall have the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a travel program member should such travel program member's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the travel program or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other travel program members, and no refund can be given in such cases. The right is reserved to substitute tours or alter itineraries, and either the Tour Operator or A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, shall have the right to cancel any travel program prior to departure or to increase prices where the costs shall rise.

A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, are not responsible for any refunds should a presenter advertised as attending or leading of tour cancels for any reason whatsoever. In the event that one of the presenters is unable to attend, will provide an equally trained presenter to take their place. A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, are not responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, or other reaction, trauma, or ailment during the trip or occurring afterwards, that participants may experience at the sites or from any leaders, workshops, or sessions of any kind, including private sessions with presenters. A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, are not responsible to any and all discomforts related to the nature of our travel and our work. Attendance on the trip indicates acceptance of this and all other provisions of this responsibility clause.

All travel participants have been recommended to purchase the appropriate travel accident and medical insurance, baggage insurance, tour operation carrier default protection insurance, and trip cancellation insurance, and the travel program member has had the opportunity to purchase such insurance as protection against certain risks of travel to the planned destination. Travel program members are advised that travel insurance covers only what is included, as stated on the insurance company’s website or in the travel insurance brochure you receive from your personal agent.

Neither A Soulfull World, Dr. Ahriana Platten, nor the airlines or transportation companies concerned are to be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports or resorts due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment of, or any refund for, transfers or unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrival at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. The airlines or transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible any acts; omissions or events during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines or transportation companies and the purchaser of this travel program and/or passengers.

I, __________________________,WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF MY BEHAVIOR AND CHOICES ON THE RETREAT IN EVERY WAY—LEGALLY, FINANCIALLY, MEDICALLY, PSYCHOLOGICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND SPIRITUALLY.  ATTENDANCE ON THE RETREAT INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT.
 
I HAVE READ AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNDERSTANDING ALL THE MATERIALS DISSEMINATED TO ME BY THE COORDINATORS.
 
I THEREFORE RELEASE AND DISCHARGE A SOULFULL WORLD, DR. AHHRIANA PLATTEN, THE COORDINATORS, THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, FACILITATORS, AND VOLUNTEERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE RETREAT.
 
If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be unenforceable, the remainder of this consent/authorization/release shall remain in full force and effect and such portions as are deemed to be unenforceable shall be construed as revised to give, to the extent possible, the intent of the original provision.
 
I hereby accept the above and verify this statement by my signature below.  I also understand that if I do not sign this consent/authorization/release I will not be able to attend the retreat.
